My friend got accepted at Sookmyung University with a blessing of full scholarship and the only thing making my life less miserable is the fact that…it’s a WOMENS’ UNIVERSITY! So no eye candy like the one above on the campus:P

… or just a little bit of semi-anonymous* self-introduction.

I came to Seoul in 2009 and lived there till the end of December completing my 2 semesters of student exchange programme. Before applying for the programme I didn’t know much about Korea and I would have never expected that this place and the people met there will become so special to me.

Student life,  Seoul nightlife, culture difference, k-food, k-dramas, k-pop, konglish, k-boys, k-dating- all these aspects of my life in Korea were so entertaining that it’s kinda pity to keep the details just to myself XD!

So after following for a while other k-bloggers, I announce the season-of-making-private/awkward/hilarious/embarassing-detalis-of-my-life-public officially opened!

As you might have guessed I’m stuck now in a place where my natural double eyelid and 5’9” are nothing special Europe (yeah, how boring is this side of the world in the post-Korea perspective…) and to be precise- in the middle of nowhere (aka my home country),** doing things I don’t feel like doing (graduating) and planning things that I’m not really into now (more uni abroad?). The thing is, that going back to Korea in my case at the moment is impossible and the reason for it is called no-money or no-realistic-possibility-of-work-in-Korea… Yes, I DO ENVY YOU, NATIVE SPEAKERS!

I haven’t gave up though! HWAITING!!

Hopefully, just for the time being, blogging will help to deal with my Korean madness homesickness. Because spamming my FB wall with k-nostalgia is becoming more and more annoying for me coz non of my friends find Asians attractive and I start to feel like a freak  people around me…
